“Acne Free … I Haven’t Looked Back” I just want to say thank you. I was a long time sufferer of Acne.

I visited the doctors time after time, only to be given cream that never seem to work.

Hello, this was a wonderful post about the causes of acne and the right practical approaches to treating it. I’m in my mid-30s and still get acne. I noticed something: I get more pimples during times when I’m not sleeping well and my skin clears up when I’m sleep well. So, for me sleeping well is a major factor towards treating acne.
