I'm a red head and i burn easy. Every year, the first burn I get these little bumps on my arms. there like hives or little blisters. Anyway once they are gone I don't get them for the rest of the year. Ive talked to doctors but nobody knows. I'm concerned it could be a form of skin cancer.
